INFORMATION OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PERSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EU REGULATION N. 679/2016 (“GDPR”)

1. Data Controller.
We inform you that the Controller of personal data is Teqqo Srl, P.IVA 16171251008, based in via Amelia, 70 – 00181 Roma (RM), email: info@teqqo.it (hereafter “Data Controller”)

2. Categories of data and Purposes of the processing.
The fact of sending to Teqqo requests or other communications through the website www.teqqo.it (“Website”) and c.v. through the email address “info@teqqo.it” as well as the compilation and forwarding of the supplier forms present on the Website in order to achieve the registration and creation of a personal account determines the acquisition by the Data Controller of the common personal data (for example: personal and contact details) as well as of all personal data included in these requests, c.v. and information or otherwise collected on the occasion of browsing the Website.
These data will be used:
a) to follow up on your eventual requests sent through the addresses published on the Website page called "CONTACTS" or through other addresses published on the site;
b) to contact you for the purpose of personnel selecting and the possible establishment of an employment relationship if you have sent us your c.v. through the email address info@teqqo.it;
c) in relation to suppliers who access the reserved areas published on the page of the Website called "EPROCUREMENT", for the management of the supply relationship and consequent legal obligations, as well as to examine your offer and the quotation sent to us and for if necessary select it as a Teqqo supplier.

3. Legal basis for the processing.
The legal basis for the processing for purposes a) and c) of the above article 2 is the execution of precontractual measures or the execution of a contractual or legal obligation and therefore the failure to provide your data will make it impossible to process your requests or perform the contractual relationship. Concerning the purpose b) of the above article 2, the voluntary submission of your c.v. through the specific email address, involves your consent to process personal data contained therein for the purposes of personnel selection.

4. Data recipients.
The data are accessed and processed by Teqqo employees expressly authorized, by enterprises belonging to the same group of companies and by external data processors appointed by Teqqo, whose list of names and contact data is available on Your simple request. Moreover, the data could be communicated to third parties which are independent data controllers (for example: Teqqo’s advisors) in fulfillment of a legal obligation or, if necessary, for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

5. The processing method and the data retention.
Fameccanica will treat your data also with informatic and telematic tools. The data provided in relation to your requests will be stored for the time strictly necessary to respond them. The data contained in your c.v. will be stored for 12 months. If you are a supplier, your data will be stored up as long as the supply relationship with Teqqo is in place. Subsequently your data will be stored for a further period of time established by law (e.g.: decennial prescription period) or, if necessary, with a longer term determined on the basis of legitimate reasons (e.g.: pending litigation).

6. Transfers to third countries.
Regarding the suppliers, the data may be transferred to non-EU countries on the basis of appropriate guarantees, such as the adequacy decisions of the EU Commission or the standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission itself. Concerning this last aspect, we point out that a separate information will be sent to each supplier, if any.

7. Data subjects’ rights.
According to GDPR, you have the right to request from the data controller the access to your personal data and to correct or delete them or the restriction of processing of your data, or to oppose the processing, as well as the right to data portability (artt. 15 and following ones of the GDPR). You also have the right to revoke your consent at any time.
